After arriving on site all seemed to be going to plan as we could see that the cherry picker that the client had arranged was ready and waiting for us, enabling us to inspect the high level areas and the roof of the warehouse we were surveying.  Unfortunately for us the client had forgotten a minor detail……… someone was needed to operate the cherry picker – hmmm, could be bit of a problem!  

We were beginning to think that we were going to need to come back another day but as a last ditch attempt to get the inspection carried out we decided to mount a manhunt for a random cherry picker person, which to be honest we did not hold out much of hope of finding……….bit like finding a polar bear in a snowstorm! BUT surprisingly after driving around for a while luck was on our side and we spotted another cherry picker in operation and the operator very kindly agreed to assist us allowing us to complete the inspection on time.  Thank you our good Samaritan!
